Dear ECWCA members:
The East Central Writing Centers Association prides itself on listening to the voices of its members who work in our region’s high school, community college, and university writing centers. Every spring, we elect new Executive Board members to serve in vacant positions, who work to support the annual conference and create resources for our region.
We are currently accepting nominations for eight ECWCA Advisory Board positions, which are listed below:
Please send me the nominee’s name and a brief (200 word or less) biographical statement that explains the nominee’s qualifications for and interest in this position. You can nominate yourself or another person; all nominees must be from ECWCA member institutions. Nominations should be emailed to EastcentralWCassociation@gmail.com, with the subject line “ECWCA BOARD NOMINATION,” and will be accepted through Thursday, February 28, at midnight.
Elections will take place via email through March 6, with the results announced March 7, at the ECWCA conference.
If you have any questions about the nominations or elections process, feel free to email me at klotz@svsu.edu. Thanks.
